Explore world tours travel’s social wing (Non-profit social organization – PUNYA SOCIETY ) was established formally in 2018, under the legal registration procedures of Nepal government and its authority, with the goal of child welfare, primarily in rural regions along with positive change in child rights, gender equality, education, health, infrastructures as well as entire welfare acts for children and teenagers all over. The organization’s headquarter is located in Ratnanagar – 07, Chitwan, Nepal and is supposed to extend its wings all over as per the necessity. It is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental social organization. It has its own, unique logo/entity and principles. The organization may exercise all its power given to it by law. It may build, purchase or rent the buildings, land or properties, vehicles, required materials and all. It can appoint its employees and fix the terms & conditions. It operates its bank account and economic transactions as well as other required works accordingly.  In addition to the founding members, this organization may have general members, life members and honorary members. One should abide by law and certain terms/conditions to obtain its membership. Breach of code of conduct may automatically dissolve the membership. Every year it goes on renewal process along with auditing and annual general meeting. Each member has their own duties and responsibilities according to the position. Annual general meeting would act on works it is responsible for. Since the president is responsible to lead the entire team of the organization, he/she would exercise the supreme power on decision making and final approval of everything. Most of the decisions are made by the board that consists of president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer and 3 members.
