Itinerary Details
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m)
We receive and welcome you at Tribhuvan international airport in Kathmandu, showing our signboard outside the airport terminal. You are then transferred to the respective accommodation for a wonderful stay.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley
After breakfast, sightseeing experience starts with city tours and some heritage sites.
Day 03: 30min flight to Lukla (2850m) and trek to Phakding (2610m)-4 hr
We fly to Lukla airport that takes around half an hour. We then begin a trek descending towards Dudh kosi river following the trail to Namche bazaar, located just above Chauri kharka. We move forward to Phakding, passing through the villages.
Day 04: Trek to Namche bazaar (3440m)-7 hr
There are several suspension bridges with prayer flags and Dudh koshi river follows our way up to Namche bazaar, a commercial town in khumbu region. It is also referred to as a gateway to Everest. There are numerous hotels, restaurants, pubs, cyber cafes and other shops.
Day 05: Namche bazaar acclimatization
We spend afternoon in Namche so that it helps us acclimatize and adjust to thin air. We trek a short distance to a museum, well known for Sherpa culture and tradition. We move up to Syangboche where we see a panorama of himalayas.
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche (3860m)-6 hr
Scenes of Khumbu la and Taboche are outstanding throughout the day. During the trek, on our way, there are few homes and accommodations. After few hours of walk we reach Tengboche, inhabited by Sherpas, with a beautiful Tengboche monastery where Mt. Ama Dablam lies at the back.
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche (4400m)-5 hr
After breakfast we start our trek towards Dingboche. The route is brimmed with beautiful rhododendron bushes. After few hours of walk and crossing bridge over Imja river, it takes us to Pangboche. We can see open areas with lovely landscapes. Above Pangboche, we get a remarkable view of himalayas and Pangboche monastery. We move through Imja valley and finally reach Dingboche.
Day 08: Acclimatization climb to Nangkarshang height (5085m)-4 hr
While on higher altitude, we need to adapt accordingly. We make a short visit to Nangkarshang height for astounding views of Ama Dablam. Alongside the way, there are lands surrounded by beautiful stones.
Day 09: Trek to Chhukung (4700m) and climb Chhukung Ri (5550m)-7 hr
We move towards Chhukung Ri top which takes hours of trek. Even for novice, Chhukung Ri is a good alternative as it is not so technically challenging as others. We, from the top, see a remarkable vista of Ama Dablam and Amphu Lapcha peaks. We gradually go back to Chhukung village for a stay.
Day 10: Cross Kongma la pass (5535m) and trek to Lobuche (4940m)-8 hr
We climb almost 8 hours to reach the top of Kongma la pass. One is to northwest of Chhukung over Nuptse glacier moraines and other one is Bibre above Niyang river. It is quite difficult to find lodges, stores and tea houses nearby. We turn north of Khumbu glacier and continue to reach Lobuche.
Day 11: Trek to Everest base camp (5364m) and return to Gorak shep (5170m)-9 hr
We have a hard yet remarkable day to the highest mountain in the planet. First we head to Gorak shep and a strenuous trek follows along the alpine trails, shifting through rivers, rocky dunes and moraines. Day 12: Trek to Kala patthar (5555m) and back to Lobuche (4940m)-8 hr

Day 13: Trek to Dzongla (4840m)-4 hr
In the morning, we take our way to Dzongla, where we find stupa and tombstones as well as Chola Tsho lake nearby. We pass through Chola river and gradually move along to reach Dzongla.
Day 14: Trek to Gokyo (4790m) via Cho la pass (5400m)-7 hr

From the summit one may witness frozen glaciers tumbling down into emerald lakes framed with an unbroken chain of snow-capped himalayan peaks. Gokyo Ri offers inspiring views of himalayas and is a famous point in Khumbu. Gokyo Ri is a classic postcard vista of snow-capped mountains plus vibrant turquoise waters of Gokyo lake completing a picturesque scene alongside our stay at Gokyo.
Day 16: Cross Renjo la pass (5350m) and trek to Lunden (4300m)-7 hr
We wake up early and take a challenging ascent up to Gokyo Ri for jaw-dropping 360-degree panorama of Gokyo valley. From the summit one may witness frozen glaciers tumbling down into emerald lakes framed with an unbroken chain of snow-capped himalayan peaks. Gokyo Ri offers inspiring views of himalayas and is a famous point in Khumbu. Later we comply with ruggedly stunning path to Machhermo. Day 19: Trek to Lukla (2850m)-6 hr

Day 20: Return to Kathmandu or proceed to another destination

Essential Information
Passport & visa
All foreigners beside Indians have to get a visa to enter Nepal. Unlike other countries, Nepali consulates and embassies issue visas without much fuss. Lukla [Everest]
Please note the flights to and from Lukla rely on weather conditions. Awful weather might delay flights. Weather
