Managing Director (Mr. Kiran Neupane) administers the management of an organization and provides strategic direction to guide the company to achieve its mission & objectives. He advises the board, especially the executive director and ensures the right policies that comply with relevant regulations are created. He ascertains that effective formal and informal links to clients, stakeholders, key decision-makers, local authorities and relevant government agencies and departments are established and maintained. He delegates for and monitors the implementation of the company’s yearly budget to meet the targets and to maximize the revenue flow, while minimizing fixed costs. He maintains effective public relations and marketing strategies to promote the company’s image, products and services to a broader audience base. Additionally, he represents the company in negotiations with suppliers, vendors, partners, customers, government departments/agencies, international institutions and other important contacts to create contract terms. He develops and upholds a system for total quality management that guarantees the best possible products or services are provided to the users. Likewise he approves the company’s annual accounts and reports whereas he directs the execution of policies to make sure the company is compliant with all health and safety regulations as well as relevant commercial legislations, including much more other duties & responsibilities.
Executive Director (Mrs. Nira Neupane) controls the operation on behalf of managing director and reports it accordingly. Apart from multi-tasking, she is professional, friendly and sincere. Not only she assists M.D, she also exercises the extensive tasks including budget allocation, implementing policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff for teamwork, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, partners & stakeholders, attending meetings, hiring and training employees as well as supporting the company to manage policies and so on. At times when necessary, she even serves as acting chairman during the absence of managing director.
